In a city of countless hot dog vendors and sandwich shops, DC will now has a tasty alternative. We looked at what's missing or what could be better in the DC culinary scene and put it on one menu. We're starting out simple with some of our favorites (BBQ, gourmet sausages, and seasonal vegetarian specialties) with the goal of becoming more exotic and varied as we go. The method behind our menu is embodied in PORC's philosophy of using great ingredients, cooking them simply and well, and serving it to you at a low price.
