I make hot chocolate with soy using my Mexican chocolate whip (molinillo) and Ibarra (from Mexico)chocolate. Yum!

I also know a great place in Merida in the Yucatan that uses cayenne pepper in its hot chocolate... It's a unique taste...

Use Oaxacan chocolate [mayordomo] and just hot water to make this drink for the lactose intolerant. The chocolate has no milk in it whatsoever... it's a great drink!
