  Ruselle Brand, a vegetarian?!That is very odd news but good news. He is fit and I think he is healthy. Maybe rockstars can be health conscious too.

  I have nothing against vegetarians but I hope they realize that they are eating a living being who was slaughtered for food consumption as well. its never ethical to kill something but thats the great circle of life to eat others for survial. even water has living organisms that we eat... we kill germs to get better, the air we breath is alive as we inhale we inhale living cells and they come back out as dead carbon monixide they did a study and proved that tomatoes sense pain and before that a scientologist registered that tomatoes scream when you cut them. we kill cotton crops to make clothing...its hypocritical to call a meat eater a murderer when you do the same with vegetables and fruits. Its not humane to kill and eat anything living period but if we stop eating we will die until they make a magic pill that will stop the slaughter.. i personally feel that justifying your actions meanwhile downing others actions yet your doing the same thing is hypocriticle.Yes a more humane way of rasing and slaughtering the animals needs to be done same for our vegetables and fruits no more chemicals and gmos or hormones etc, natural organic , grown naturally . also our food pyramid needs a revamp the original food pyramid was from bottom to top, vegatbles and fruits, then beans and legumes/nuts, then starches, then meat,poultry etc then dairy or dairy equilavant salt and suger were in the meat and dairy/fruits already and did not need to be represented. also im surprised water is not represented a balanced diet is key to health limiting one is pretty detromental the protien of a legume is comprised and absorbed differantly from a meat protien cell. source.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meat http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legume
