I was provided with a wide array of foods to try. The most surprising dish was the penne pasta con tilapia y mozzarella consisting of penne pasta with pieces of tilapia, mozarella, tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. It is an enjoyable dish. The seafood flavor gives it a bit of a different taste. Bahia's version of fried chicken is quite good and is named the pollo frito which essentially means fried chicken. The Bistec encebollado is sliced top sirloin steak sauteed with onion in a brown sauce. The marinade to this is delightful. The yellow rice and red beans do not disappoint. Bahia's is worth checking out and take out. Although, I have not tried the Tilapia al cilantro I have heard this sauteed tilapia dish with fresh cilantro & sliced is divine.
