Fatima Fofana

Fatima Fofana is a broadcast and entertainment attorney based in the Los Angeles area.  A native of Sierra Leone, West Africa, she immigrated to the Washington, D.C. area with her family at the age of four years.  She has worked on the local, state and national levels of government, serving various positions in the Governor's Office of the State of Maryland, Office of the Vice President, The White House, and at the Smithsonian Institution.  As an attorney, Fatima opened her own firm in Maryland where she counseled clients from Lifetime, Showtime, and Radio-One.  She currently serves as Of Counsel for the Ghatt Law Group, the nation's first all female, minority owned bi-coastal communication's law firm.  

Fatima is on the Board of Directors for the African Film Commission and enjoys volunteering her time in the community through her sorority.  She is one of the hosts for Look to the Stars, a website that covers celebrity charity news, events and information.
