Lia was lucky enough to have been raised having the best of many worlds; from the Filipino pork adobo to Chinese dimsum, Spanish paella, and many more. Brought up in a cultural melting pot, her heritage and upbringing has made her a more courageous eater. Now at a different culinary playground, her adventurous side has come out to play. She's tried almost everything in Los Angeles you can imagine; from the exotic, the regional favorites, the gourmet, and to the downright just plain good. But there's more places to be explored.
