The churro batter comes out grooved from the machine then dumps into the oil. Seem like less than a minute and the churros come out of the deep fryer sprinkle with with cinnamon and sugar then ready to serve.
These are some of the best churros that I have eaten. They are sweet but not to sweet. The churro is light not heavy. Since the stand just opening at the time of day that I arrived the oil was fresh. Quite frankly,this may be one the best churros that I have eaten.
