LA Food Truck: The Manila Machine

At a recent event, The Manila Machine was on the scene. The gourmet Filipino food truck tempted a young Filipino guy and companion describing herself as non-Filipino. The sandwich of choice is longanisa sausage. Complimented with spring roll and an adobo dipping sauce. As only fitting we get the review from customers just sinking their teeth into the food of the Manila Machine for the first time.
