There are many uses and combinations of Mint chocolate. It is found in a variety of yummy products including candy, cakes, ice cream, mints, cupcakes, and gum. The National Confectioners Association has declared February 19 National Chocolate Mint Day.
The earliest forms of chocolate mints in America can be traced back to the Frederick & Nelson department stores. In 1918 the company introduced their now famous chocolate mint candies, which are now sold exclusively by Macy’s department stores.
