Chef Arden Lewis and a group of volunteers worked tirelessly in the kitchen
preparing and presenting mouth-watering treats such as Seared Sea Scallops with a Pea Shoot and Shaved Fennel Salad and Berkshire Pork Belly with Roasted Red Pepper and Chick Pea Puree - just to name two.
Along with the great food, the ambiance was set with a photographic exhibit by Daniel P. Eiras, displaying his travels and love of nature, plus music by Veronica Nunes, a Brasilian guitarists and singer from Rio de Janerio.

The Supper Room is planning to do similar events like the April 24th tasting to benefit other organizations.

A group of friends with the talent and expertise in music, art, and culinary came together to form The Supper Room, a New York City based supper club on a mission to give back.
