Guests will be able to take home a literary keepsake. The Brothers Who Can Cook Magazine/Cookbook will be available to all patrons. A plethora of food-related information will be including in the publication, including cooking hints, gadget and appliance education, dinner party creations, and the signature recipes participating chefs.
As always, charity is the main focus of Brothers Who Can Cook. On Mother’s Day Sunday, a local homeless women and children shelter will be selected to receive a holistic dinner, song and gift. Local sponsors of the 2011 taster include: Everyone's Place Afrikan Cultural Center and Bookstore, The Verde Group , The Urban Leadership Institute, The Beleza Group, Tight Knit, and Dreadz n’ Headz.
