The Film: The Takers probably will have most women at Hello with its gorgeous multi cultural cast including Idris Elba, Hayden Christensen, T.I., Paul Walker, MichaelEaly_and_Saldana_small Ealy and Chris Brown.  I wouldn't have wasted one dollar just getting a gander at this cast but all gawking aside, Matt Dillion, Zoe Saldana, the Oscar nominated Marianne Jean Baptiste and Jay Hernandez round out a talented cast.  This movie goes all the way to the bank with entertainment.  With gritty cinematography, fast moving action and great chemistry between the actors.  The Takers 20 million heist took over 20 million at the box office to capture the number one spot on its opening weekend.

Like Inception, the ensemble multi cultural cast works.  Elba is a London Born actor born to a father from Sierra Leone and mother from Ghana.  Christensen was born in Vancouver and still makes his home in Canada.  Paul Walker and Jay Hernandez are Californians. Hernandez who plays partner to Matt Dillon, is of Mexican descent.  Both T.I. and Chris Brown are Americans from the south. Saldana is American of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent. Wil Packer and T.I. are producers of this film by Screen Gems.

The Foodie: The Foodie suggestion is more about expressions throw back rat pack flavor and style.  Trendy Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York night club/bars come to mind to see and be seen so check out our drink recipe listing or restaurant reviews in those cities.  A direct foodie moment comes when Dillon's character daughter wants to dine at a Farmer's market.  Check out Yamashiro's Garden Market in Hollywood or the Waverly Farmer's market in Baltimore.
