St. Thomas and St. Martin were highly favored destinations for good restaurants, but his main picks came from Brazil and the Bahamas. Kliskic has over twelve years of experience in the cruising industry and his training in the food and beverage industry lends to a very keen sense of knowing what to look for in a restaurant. He explains, "The most important thing is the quality is good and the service is good. The personality of the wait staff is (more of a ) priority than whether they place the plate on the right or the left side."
Having a schedule which keeps him more at sea than in his native-land, Croatia, Kliskic has managed to get a whole lot of living into his travels. It is evident in his favorite excursions. One particular excursion on the list, he fondly calls "an experience of a lifetime." "What could it be?" you may ask — he is referring to an Alaskan cruise.
