May 28nd, 29th and 30th, 2010. Located at the new Vancouver Convention Center you can see various celebrity chefs or drop by the Bite of Vancouver and/or have a drink at the Wine, Beer and Spirits Pavilion.
This three day food and cooking event combines food industry luminaries: chefs, demonstrators, and exhibitors, who will share their excitement for new and fantastic ways of cooking, eating, and entertaining.
