October is a month of extraordinary food events down under. Across Sydney and regional NSW a number of events will take place to fulfill a food lovers dream.
The world's top master chefs will make their way to Australia for the month-long
food festival, kicking off the event with the World Chef Showcase. The two-day event wil feature big name chefs such as Daniel Patterson of Coi in San Francisco, Chef Alex Atala from D.O.M restaurant in Brazil, and Peru's culinary ambassado Gaston Acurio just to name a few.
The theme of this year's event is the bold flavors and spices of South America.
