The venue will be decorated in black and white with a splash of red. The tables will have black silk underskirts with a white sequined overlay and black and white linen napkins, providing a dramatic backdrop for the red crystal dishware. A red glass vase brimming with black, white and red roses will be the centerpiece. As a final touch, black sequined chair covers will complete the decor. As the guests arrive at the event they will be greeted by the red carpet and hired photographers to take snap shots of them. The sounds of a live jazz band will play as they mingle with one another.
The menu for the evening will be fresh garden salad with Italian dressing for the appetizers; baked salmon or baked chicken, white rice and mixed vegetables are the main course. Strawberry cheese cake and fruit salad will be the desserts for the evenings. The drinks are two popular wines Chardonnay a white wine and Cabernet Sauvignon a red wine, lemon water is also an option.
