1 Pig foot
1 lb. Stewing beef
2 lbs. Soup bones
1 1bs Shrimp (with shells)
3 Crabs (cleaned and cut in half)
1 Large onion (chopped)
1 ½ Whole Okra
2 tsps. Salt
3 tsps. Seasoned Salt
1tsps. Ground black pepper
1 or 2 tbs. Tomato paste
Sweet Roast Corn on the Cob.
Remove husk put uncovered ears on the hot grill and rotate while cooking as needed until tender.
Garlic Roast Chicken
1 Roasting Chicken
4 tsp. Minced garlic
2 tsp. Seasoned salt (Lawrys)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
Hot Shish Kabob Pepper Meat
4 lbs. Beef Chuck Roast
2 large Sweet onions
2 Bell Peppers
1 tsp. Salt
2 tbs. Seasoned Salt
½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2 cooking spoons cooking oil
1 Cook spoon of Peanut Butter
2 Pods hot peppers (finely chopped)
