Another feature that makes the evening standout is the setting of the room, my husband and I decorated our living room with furniture that is functional, because that is where we like to entertain our guests. When we are planning an evening of Table Talk we move the TV stand and the Love seat into the dinning area, we place beanbag chairs around the coffee table and we bring out our favorite Jazz collection and scented candles. To us these simple things create a warm and intimate setting and it makes us feel closer to our guests.
Finger foods are the best option because it frees up your hands and it will be an easy clean-up when the evening is over. Some great finger foods are Salmon and Cucumber Bites, Spinach and Blue Cheese Bites, Crab Fitters and Potato Pancakes with avocado salsa. A bottle of white or red wine will really set the evening in motion. For more great tips on finger foods go to www.passionateaboutfood.com.
Table talk is a great game for everyone to play; you have the option of including this activity into any event that you choose. I think that you will find it to be fun and educational because you get to know everyone’s opinion on different topics. We really enjoy this game and we hope that you do as well.
