The best thing about this book is that it is free to view online.  Cooking options include use of the Dutch Oven,  how to make breakfast, breads, vegetables, desserts and more.  Breakfast recipe options are extensive, including the Green River Chili con Queso Omlette to the Hungry Man's breakfast .  The book is by the National Museum of Forest History Service. Additionally, there are great vintage photos from the early 1900's.
